First, you need to watch a lot of English movies, sitcoms, and listen to English radios. It's very helpful to improve oral English to be in a native environment. It doesn't matter if you are not confident about your English. The key to improvement is endless practice. Talk to your friends and families in English. Once you get enought practices, your oral English will be greatly improved.
