业主应该支付给承包商：

(ii)按下文中调整过的建设费用的剩余部分应该在竣工日支付（最后付款），根据支付保函文件于，业主应根据承包商上个月总施工费用相等的额度在每个本月的15号在支付保证金中扣除，但是仅仅对能提供令业主满意的证明文件的费用有效。相反地根据本合同，业主没有义务支付任何进度款和关键任务款，直到最后完工。如果业主在工程中期发出（变更）通知，那么业主将有责任根据付款申请支付等额应付款。没有及时支付的由于中间（变更）通知造成的付款，应该按支付日期当日汇率累计计算利息，知道完全付清。
