拟南芥col和col-0有什么区别

Col是Columbia（哥伦比亚），是George Redei在Columbia的University of Missouri研究的一种拟南芥株系，以密苏里大学所在地Columbia命名。

Ler是Landsberg erecta（兰兹贝格），是Friedrich Laibach在德国Landsberg附近研究的一个拟南芥株系，因此命名为Landsberg。事实上，Columbia was isolated from Landsberg。

Ws是Wassileskija（瓦斯莱）。可能根据人名命名
