英国签证时，父母同意学生使用资金的同意函怎么写

申请英国旅游签证，以下情况，需要提供父母同意函：1、资金不是存在申请人的名下，而是存在父母名下的银行帐号；2、申请人未满18岁。父母同意函，就是父母同意签证申请人使用其名下的存款用于签证，及同意其申请英国旅游签证，并担保申请人不会滞留英国等等。
