骨折的患者术后最容易发生的并发症，由于术后卧床的原因，血液流动速度减慢，容易在深静脉形成小的血栓，患者变换体位及活动时造成血栓的脱落，造成病人的突然死亡。
别的不说了，医院有责任。看看术前、术后有没有应用预防深静脉血栓的药啊？比如：低分子肝素钠。

赶快到医务科复印住院的病历、医嘱单，检查单、用药清单等等，并封存，这是证据。另外，是否认定医疗事故是由医学会鉴定，医学会和医院同属卫生部门，一般很难作出公正的鉴定结论，而且，根据医疗事故处理条例，认定医疗事故是卫生行政处罚依据，因此，建议申请由法定司法鉴定机构鉴定，即便遭遇不公，可以通过司法部门举报。

《医疗事故处理条例》
第五十五条 医疗机构发生医疗事故的，由卫生行政部门根据医疗事故等级和情节，给予警告；情节严重的，责令限期停业整顿直至由原发证部门吊销执业许可证，对负有责任的医务人员依照刑法关于医疗事故罪的规定，依法追究刑事责任；尚不够刑事处罚的，依法给予行政处分或者纪律处分。
对发生医疗事故的有关医务人员，除依照前款处罚外，卫生行政部门并可以责令暂停6个月以上1年以下执业活动；情节严重的，吊销其执业证书。
