In 1895, Marie married Pierre Curie, and then they worked together on the research of radioactive substance.In 1903, she and her husband received the Nobel Prize in Physics. In 1906, Pierre died. Though Mariewas in deep sorrow after Pierre’sdeath, she determined to carry on the scientific research.
