新闻传播中的人文关怀
【中文摘要】 人文关怀是人类长期发展中,对人的生存状态的关怀,对人的尊严和符合人性的生活条件的肯定,始终关注每一个人类个体的幸福,并往更好的方向发展。大众传播媒介具有传承文化、促进社会与人的发展的作用,一个时代的新闻传播必然植根于这个时代的新闻理念,新闻理念的变化是社会体制改变的一个缩影,它会折射出社会变革的方方面面,新的新闻理念不可能形成于真空中,它联动着整个社会的法制、经济、文化等方面的变革。从中西文化的渊源中,从人类早期新闻事业的演变中,都可以寻找出人文关怀在其中的痕迹。在我国的新闻传播中,人文关怀走过萌芽、发展、断裂、回归和弘扬的不平之路,特别是在当代的新闻传播中,媒介无论是出于对社会的责任还是对自身生存的考虑,在新闻传播中注入了人文关怀,并对此进行了探索,但由于市场引力的作用,从新闻媒介的管理体制、从业人员的职业操守考察,当前的新闻传播中普遍存在庸俗化、媚俗化,在一定程度上都可发现人文关怀缺失的现象:对个人隐私的侵犯和利用、媒体的话语霸权、对生命权的漠视等。对于新闻传播中出现的种种问题,应该进行反思,并努力纠正人文关怀偏离和缺失的问题,这需要媒介和从业人员深化马克思主义新闻观与人文关怀的认识,深化对“人”的认识,尊重受众的“文化—心理结构”等方面入手,探讨新闻传播需弘扬人文关怀,使新闻界自觉倡导人文精神,塑造其社会正义和良知的形象,促进新闻事业健康发展

【英文摘要】 During the long development of human beings, humanistic care is a kind of care to persons' living state, and it is definitive to the dignity of people and life conditions of according with human nature. From beginning to end, it pays close attention to human individual happiness and develops itself to a better direction.The functions of mass media include spreading culture and promoting the development of society and people. The news spreading of one period is certainly rooted in the ideas about news of this period. The change of ideas about news is an epitome of the transform of social system, which surely refracts all sides of social change. It is impossible that new idea about news forms in vacuum. It is certainly related to many sides of social transform, such as legal system, economy and culture.We may find the trace of humanistic care both from the origin of Chinese and Western cultures and from the evolution of news cause in the period of early new mankind. In Chinese news spreading, humanistic care has gone though embryonic stage, developing, suspending, returning and enhancing courses. Especially in the present age, regardless of social responsibility or considering existence of oneself, the mass media injects the humanistic care into news spreading and explores it deeply. However, due to the effect of market gravitation, we can find some common questions in present news spreading from the results of inspecting the management system of the news media and the professional ethics of the employed, such as having vulgar tastes or catering to the vulgar tastes of society, and to a certain extent, existing the phenomenon of lacking humanistic care. In addition, we can also find other phenomenon, for instance, utilizing and infringing on one's privacy, the talking hegemony of mass media and ignoring life rights of people, and so on.Facing to various questions from news spreading, we should introspect ourselves and try to correct the questions of deviating and lacking humanistic care. The mass media and the employed need to start with deepening the cognition of Marxism, humanistic care and "human being", and respecting "culture-psychology structure" of the readership and audience, in order to approach a subject that news spreading needs enhancing humanistic care. The press circles should advocate humanistic spirits by themselves, model their justice and kind images, and improve the development of news circles.
