WAXD分析结果表明:TPU/PA6共混材料中的PA6不呈现出典型的晶型,PA6为非晶态或结晶度很小。
力学性能测试及SEM表明,纯TPU拉伸断裂呈典型的韧性断裂;PA6含量为7.5%-10%时,TPU/PA6共混材料断裂伸长率为纯PA6的115%,均表现为韧性断裂。少量PA6与TPU能达到工程上的相容性。
