Incident是指偶然发生的、不太重要的小事。event是指重大而引人注目的事情。
2）incident ：既可指小事件或附带事件，又可指政治上具有影响的事件或事变。
eg： The demonstration proceeded without incident.（游行示威进行时没有出事。）
3）event ：可指任何大小事件，但尤指历史上的重大事件。
eg： The new book was the cultural event of the year.（这本新书的出版是今年文化界的大事。）
event包括通知（notification）,警告（alert）,对服务造成影响或将要造成影响的event，可以归类到incident，并使用incident流程处理。
