请高手帮我看看这句英语有没有语法错误，我造的一句话

首先，news做新闻讲 是不可数名字 所以是has reported 然后in some national examination中examination要加S复数
其次
has always been a negative phenomenon 这个直接改为has a bad effect更好
whether there have a fair competition environment中 没有there have 这种说法的
直接说 whether the competition is fair or not就可以了

Moreover, recent coverage news /has/ reported that using mobile phones to cheat in some national /examinations / has /such a negetive influnce that it /makes many parents start to doubt whether there /is/ a fair competition environment.

我做了部分修改 ，如果不妥，请各位赐教！

第一个have改had好些。因为你说的是“报道了”说明已经报道过了。
最后一句的there have改成there is 因为there be 是词组哈。这样闹笑话了。
楼上的垃圾。这里是要用不定式。做状语。

问题二：using mobile phones to cheat in some national examination中examination改为examinations或exams;
问题三：has always been a negative phenomenon that makes many parents start to doubt 中，在a negative phenomenon 之前加such;
问题四：whether there have a fair competition environment中，正如楼上所说应该将have改为is或exists.
