材质必须均匀。你的待测元素不均匀的话,多的地方和少的地方差别会较大。因为XRF光谱仪入射光线一般较窄,直径1-5微米,也就是说照射到样品的区域会很小,所以不均匀样品检测会不准确,当然主要也是看不均匀程度。
你的交错规律排列指的什么?如果是一层高分子,一层无机物,在一层高分子一层无机物,并且每层的厚度一定(比如第一层高分子都是10微米厚)。这样的可以在一定程度上看成是均匀的,但是用X荧光光谱仪测量还是有问题,因为X荧光透过不同物质有无限厚(某元素的X荧光透射不出来的厚度,原因是自吸收)的问题。这样误差看你每层的厚度了,如果每层都很薄,比如几个微米那么影响会较小。如果每一层达到几十比如50微米以上,那么影响就会较大。
晶体成分没什么,只要是均匀分布就可以,因为即便有分光等现象,也是等概率的,因为是均匀分布。
