We have took note of that you provided a sample of fumigation certificate which is issued by the Export Commodities Inspection Bureau, now i really want to know ,

Is it necessary for us to replace/substitute the format with the Export Commodities Inspection Bureau provided in accordance with your requirement? Further,or,there is an alternative scenario that we provide the information documents, and then we get recognization from the Export Commodities Inspection Bureau.

Here comes my question. Should we ask Export Commodities Inspection Bureau to issue the certificate in your format? Or is it OK to apply their stipulated format with information given by us?
